Work Harder to Work Smarter

As business shifts, I'm curious:

A) Are you working harder?
B) Do you believe in working smarter, not harder?
C) Do you think the game has changed?
D) All of the Above?

I believe the answer for most is D) All of the Above.

First, let's identify what's NOT changing.
Customers will always want Low Price, Fast Service, and Trust. 

Therefore, what is changing? 
It's not the game; it's the players.

It's leverage 

Those players are leveraging themselves to take market share, reach wider audiences, meet customer needs, and make shift happen. 

And the good news is, you can too!  

If you agree and want to Make Shift Happen, then it begins with working harder, at figuring out how to work smarter.

✅ The answer isn't simply "AI." 
Instead, how can you incorporate AI that reduces production costs, creates data insights that lead to opportunities, and speeds up projects and services? AI isn't the only answer, but it is playing a major role in lowering price and increasing speed. 

✅ The answer isn't simply more "Social Media." 
Instead, how do you build a thoughtful and consistent social presence? Society cares less about the company brand and more about your personal brand. You are being checked out by your clients, referral partners, and team. And what they see is your personal brand, whether you like it or not. Therefore, marketing leverage is in your Social Presence to go deeper with a wider audience, be it local or beyond.

✅ The answer isn't simply "staffing." 
Instead, how can you strategically reposition employees to a changing business environment? What got you here may not get you there, so look at your org chart differently, train differently, and perhaps lead differently. 

Why does this matter?

Because this is what your competition is working hard to figure out.
